Caroline Talbott Caroline develops and trains coaches, managers and others in positions of leadership and is passionate about helping to improve the way the human side of change is handled. Caroline worked for British Telecom for 29 years, before finally taking the plunge and setting up her own business in 2008. She works with public, private and not for profit organisation and trains, speaks and writes widely on the subjects of leadership, coaching and managing change. She has worked with people in 18 countries across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the US.
Caroline is an Accredited Executive Coach, NLP Business Practitioner and she volunteers for the Association for Coaching as an accreditation assessor. Sue White Based in the UK, Sue is in her 3rd decade of coaching, training, facilitating, mentoring & supervising individuals & groups.
Her passion is in creating learning environments that support people to grow, achieve their outcomes and become more uniquely themselves. Believing absolutely in the congruent credibility of taking her own journey, her work is informed by the questions she’s asking & the questions that life & work ask of her. Accelerated Learning & the principles of Depth Psychology & Psychosynthesis are used to complement all other models of interaction.
Sue has a long working partnership with organisations in the U.S and Europe who run wilderness based Vision Quest programmes to support individuals on the inner journeys of their lives. She is also active in within the deaf community as a Sign Language Communicator.
Sue is an NLP Master Practitioner and a qualified facilitator trained in the use of David Grove’s Clean Language & Symbolic Modelling. Caroline Bell Based in Dorset, Caroline has been working in the field of people development for about 20 years now, both in private and public sectors. Her focus is on helping people to be at their best – to be ‘themselves on a good day’. She is passionate about helping people to develop themselves through 1-1 coaching, training, facilitation or using psychometric tools to ensure they achieve their potential. Caroline works with individuals, groups and teams and loves nothing more than when someone has that ‘light bulb moment’ and takes that step forward in their understanding or development.
