Coach Training

We specialise in offering programmes in coach specific training. However this starts with you and how you ‘show up’ as a coach. So in attending one of our programmes you can expect to coach and be coached simultaneously. These programmes meet the accreditation criteria for AC (Association for Coaching) and ICF (International Coaching Federation).

Each programme is a network of successful coaches and business people who usually continue to meet to develop their learning and their careers. In most cases the groups form their own developmental learning group that meets subsequently and supports each other in the issues that they face as they implement all that they have learned.

Each of our open programmes cover the core competencies, hours and assessment required by both AC and ICF.

And you have a choice of country in which you do the training. In the UK many of the open and in-house programmes take a modular form allowing you to implement what you have learned and come back to review your experience and continue with further learning. In other countries we run the courses as intensives on consecutive days.On these overseas programmes you have the opportunity to learn about how to apply the principles of coaching in other cultures.

Our coach training programmes will soon be accredited by the Association For Coaching, and we work in partnership with training organisations to provide university accredited programmes and ILM certificated programmes.
