The Pawz4Thought NLP certification programme is unique from other NLP training programmes because in addition to human psychology and behavioural skills, we use experiential learning techniques and dogs to assist the group with their learning. Delegates explore their abilities to build rapport, lead, communicate, coach, and negotiate and develop a solid understanding of what motivates and influences human behaviour in order to increase their personal effectiveness as coaches, trainers, and consultants.
The Introductory and Practitioner courses provide a strong foundation in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. They lead to certification at NLP Diploma and NLP Practitioner level and are valuable in their own right, but are also part of the process to become a Pawz4Thought Facilitator.
For some students, the Introductory course provides everything they need. For those who want to further their skills or become a certified professional, the next step is the NLP Practitioner Programme. After successful completion of the NLP Practitioner, students who wish to develop their group facilitation skills will be invited to complete an apprenticeship, which is the final stage in becoming a facilitator. We only take on 2 apprentices per year.
The apprenticeship consists of working for a period of time, alongside Angela as part of the Pawz4Thought team. There are no fees for this stage but you are responsible for your own travel and living costs. You will continue to apply your NLP skills, and learn how to facilitate on Pawz4Thought courses. The outcome is that we develop our network of facilitators and we create a mutual trust to work together in ways that fit for all of us. We will support and guide you and as part of the process you will be invited to co-facilitate on Pawz4Thought programmes and corporate events. On successful demonstration of the Pawz4Thought facilitator outcomes, you will be invited to join our pool of Pawz4Thought facilitators.
